I have taught thousands of people how to recognize and clear old held negative emotions and limiting beliefs so they can integrate their best selves and create the life they have always dreamed of.
Trained at the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Ellen combines classical Chinese medicine with sound healing, energy work, and transformational coaching into an integrated approach unlike any other. Born with New York City sass and a whole lotta wisdom, she meets you exactly where you are — with warmth, humor, and the kind of deep knowing that only comes from lived experience.
